Delivery and Returns
Your order will be delivered to the address given at the time of your order. UK delivery times are normally between 7 to 10 days. During busy times (i.e. Christmas) there might be a slight delay in which case we will notify you accordingly. If we have used a courier company, you will be notified by email when the order has been despatched.
Delivery charges for destinations outside the UK are available upon request. Products ordered for delivery outside the UK may also be subject to import duties and taxes, for which you will be responsible; please contact the relevant customs office for further information.
PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY WHEN ENTERING THE DETAILS OF HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PRODUCTS PERSONALISED. ONCE SEWN, WE CANNOT UNPICK.
Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel your order. After this time, we will have started to sew your products and, as all our products are personalised to your specifications, we cannot unpick the letters after they have been sewn. If the products are faulty or different from those you ordered, please return them to us within 7 days and we will be happy to send you a replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund.
We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any bespoke pieces unless they are found to be faulty.
When returning products we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
